More Than Our Skin will hopefully allow the viewers to obtain a deeper, human understanding of what it is like to live with the auto-immune disease Vitiligo. Through the powerful stories of these five women, their families and community, and the medical community - we hope to build awareness and a better understanding of this disease.
Vision for Distribution
It is the intent of this film to reach wide audience through several initiatives:
• National Broadcast
• Streaming Release on a major platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, etc.
• Vitiligo Support Groups in partnership with local chapters, advocacy groups and Vitiligo organizations
• Screenings across the country with different VITFriends chapters to help build awareness and support for the film
